Funnels typically take 7–10 business days. Starter Websites take 10–14 business days, and Growth Websites take 14–21 business days. Your timeline begins once onboarding is complete and I've received all required content, photos, branding assets, and account access (such as Stripe and hosting, if applicable). I'll confirm your exact delivery date once everything is submitted.
Nope! I use a simple form-based process. You fill out my onboarding form, share your vision and content, and I build from there. I communicate through email and async check-ins. No endless Zoom marathons required.
Full payment is required upfront to reserve your build slot. Once payment is received, I'll send you the onboarding form and schedule your build. This allows me to focus completely on your project without distractions.
I accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. You'll receive a secure payment link once you're ready to move forward.
After you submit the request form, I'll follow up within 1-2 business days with next steps, confirm which package fits your needs, and send you a payment link. Once payment is received, I'll send the onboarding form and schedule your build slot.
I need your vision, any brand assets you have (logo, colors, or just your favorite vibes), content about your services, photos if available, and you'll need to create two free accounts: Stripe (for payments, takes 10 minutes) and Netlify (for hosting, takes 2 minutes). I walk you through everything step-by-step in the onboarding form.
Copywriting support is available as an optional add-on for Funnels and Starter Websites. This is a great fit if you have your message but want help refining it or filling in gaps. The Growth Website package includes light copywriting support, where I help polish your website copy and customize email templates to match your voice and tone. You provide the core ideas and direction, I help make everything clearer, more cohesive, and aligned.
Your website is professionally coded and hosted on Netlify for speed and reliability. Website updates (text changes, design tweaks, new pages) go through me to maintain that quality. Small updates start at $50. However, you own all your website code, so you're free to take it to another developer anytime if you prefer. You DO have full control over your email templates, booking settings, and automations through your GHL portal, and I provide a help guide for managing those.
You can upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time. I'll credit what you've already paid and just charge the difference.
You keep all your website code and documentation... it's yours forever. Your site stays live on your Netlify account. You just lose access to your GHL portal, which means your booking system, automations, and email sequences will stop working. You can reactivate anytime by resuming your monthly fee.
The Growth package handles everything most wellness practitioners need to run smoothly. If you have unique requirements (complex CRM, multiple funnels, custom integrations), I can build your website and connect you with a trusted partner who specializes in enterprise backend systems.
I use modern website builders and deploy to Netlify (you'll create a free account) for fast, reliable hosting. GoHighLevel powers your booking system, CRM, and automated workflows. Everything is built to be secure, scalable, and simple for you to manage ongoing. No clunky WordPress sites that constantly break.
I set up your payment processing by connecting your Stripe account to your booking system. Your clients pay you directly. I just handle the technical setup so it works seamlessly.
I can migrate content from your existing site for an additional fee (starting at $200). Or, if you prefer, I can start fresh and build something new that better represents where your business is today.
No problem! I can work with what you have (even if it's just your favorite colors and vibes). For the Starter package, I'll create a clean, simple brand-aligned design. If you need full branding services, I can refer you to a brand designer.

This website makes it easy for people to book and pay you once they find you. Most wellness practitioners get clients through Instagram, word of mouth, and networking. My job is to make sure when people arrive at your site, they can easily take action. I include basic SEO and analytics so you can track what's working.
You own your code. At project completion, I provide you with all source files, deployment instructions, and documentation. You're free to take your website anywhere. I'm confident in my ongoing value (support, updates, automations), but you're never locked in. If you choose to move to another developer, they'll have everything they need to maintain or update your site.
Payment is non-refundable once your build begins. I work closely with you throughout the process and include revision rounds to ensure you're happy with the result. You also own all your code and can take it anywhere, so you're never locked in.
